Processing Time

All orders are prepared with care and usually leave the studio within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods or around holidays, minor delays may occur, thank you for your understanding.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express and domestic orders with Speedex. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

 If an item is made-to-order or temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you with an updated delivery estimate.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our items, we only accept returns in case of damage or defect.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo and your order number.

Returns are accepted only if:

the item is unused

returned in its original packaging

and we have approved the return via email

Custom orders are non-returnable.

Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.


International Customers

Please note that duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.
These costs are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
